Receptionist
Seattle, WA - in-person | Onsite
Assignment Duration: 6 months


Hours: M-F 8-5

Resource's typical working day:
- Greeting people and employees
- Assisting vendors
- Getting temporary badges
- Escort people or client
- Setting up conference room
- Things needed in the meeting room
- Restocking and ordering snacks
- Sending and receiving packages, mails



Must Have Skills:
Previous Receptionist role



Nice to have skills:
Organized
Problem - solving
Knowledge of Apple products, knows basic function of Apple products (Iphone, Ipad, Mac)



Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience as receptionist

Education: At least HS diploma

Software skills: Basic Apple Programs (Safari Web)
