Position:  Promotional & Product Sampling Staff

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Location: Mountain House, CA
Compensation: $20–$24 per hour

Position Overview

A growing dietary supplements company is seeking enthusiastic and personable Promotional & Product Sampling Staff to support its booth at an upcoming community event in Mountain House.

The event is expected to have approximately 200–300 attendees, providing an opportunity to engage with the community, introduce attendees to the brand, and distribute product samples in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
• Welcome and interact with event attendees visiting the booth.
• Provide product samples to event attendees.
• Engage attendees in conversations about the products and provide basic information about the brand.
• Encourage attendees to visit the booth and learn more about the products.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming booth area.
• Work collaboratively with the company's team and other event staff.
• Follow event and company guidelines regarding product sampling and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with members of the public.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and dependable demeanor.
• Comfortable working at a public-facing event.
• Ability to stand and walk for portions of the event while also taking periodic seated breaks.
• Ability to work the full event shift.
• Prior promotional, event staffing, retail, food sampling, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Meal Period

This is a one-day event on Saturday, November 7, 2026, with scheduled hours of:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

A 30-minute meal period will be provided during the shift. The employer will provide multiple lunch options for staff to choose from.

Chairs will also be available at the booth, allowing staff to take periodic seated breaks throughout the event as appropriate. Staff will not be required to stand continuously for the entire shift.

Dress Code

Staff should arrive in business casual attire and maintain a professional, polished appearance appropriate for a public-facing event.

The company will provide promotional T-shirts for staff to wear during the event.

Event Details

The company will be participating as a vendor at Mountain House Central Park, where approximately 200–300 attendees are expected.

Selected staff members will work alongside members of the company's team to help promote the brand, interact with attendees, and distribute product samples.
