This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a world-class semiconductor manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our advanced manufacturing equipment running at peak performance, supporting engineering teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact production outcomes.This position is assigned to Shift 8, a compressed evening work schedule. Employees typically work a 2-day, 3-day, or 4-day workweek with extended daily shifts. More than 50% of scheduled work hours occur between 3:30 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (midnight). Specific workdays, hours, and overtime eligibility will be determined in accordance with business needs and applicable federal, state, and local laws.This role requires regular onsite presence at our Arizona facility to fulfill essential job responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Provide sustaining support for module equipment and components, including installation and qualification of new equipmentExecute maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities for module equipment and components, including dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and reassembling equipment according to schematics, repair manuals, and specificationsDesign and develop relevant tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing operationsPartner with engineering teams on repair development procedures to ensure manufacturability and process efficiencyCreate detailed documentation of operational and maintenance procedures to support knowledge sharing and complianceInterface with engineering teams and report schedule updates to management on a regular basisSupport engineering with module equipment troubleshooting through data analysis and controlled experimentation to improve module availability and performanceCollaborate with engineers to support new equipment installations, sustaining activities, and process improvement initiativesPartner with the manufacturing floor team to ensure factory commitments are met on timeOperate equipment as required and make engineering evaluations of equipment and quality issue escalations, particularly during off-shift hoursAs a Successful Candidate, You Will Bring:Curiosity & eagerness to learn — You thrive in environments where continuous learning is encouragedAttention to detail — You take pride in accuracy and thoroughness in everything you doCollaborative mindset — You work well within cross-functional teams and value diverse perspectivesStrong communication skills — You can clearly articulate technical findings and updates to both peers and managementProblem-solving attitude — You approach challenges with creativity and persistenceAdaptability — You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environmentAccountability — You take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through on commitmentsAre you ready to launch your engineering career at one of the world's most innovative technology companies? Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
