JOIN THE C&C PRODUCE DRIVER TEAM

C&C Produce has been serving the Midwest since 1992. Our drivers deliver fresh produce and food products to schools, restaurants, grocery stores, distribution centers, healthcare facilities, and other customers throughout the region.

We are hiring experienced Non-CDL, Class E, Class B CDL, and Class A CDL Drivers for local and regional routes. If you're dependable, safety-focused, comfortable with hands-on deliveries, and committed to great customer service, we want to hear from you.

***Estimated earnings are based on anticipated schedules, hours worked, overtime, route assignments, and applicable pay rates. Actual earnings may vary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate assigned commercial vehicles on local or regional routes.

• Deliver fresh produce and food products accurately and on schedule.

• Provide professional, courteous customer service at every stop.

• Load/unload products and properly secure cargo.

• Use a two-wheel dolly for deliveries at locations without loading docks.

• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Report vehicle maintenance, mechanical, and safety concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate delivery records, receipts, logs, and required documentation.

• Follow company safety policies and all applicable DOT, federal, state, and local regulations .

• Maintain a safe and acceptable driving record.
